About the role :

Reporting to the Senior Engineering Supervisor the Process Control Engineer is responsible for leading process improvements that drive value. Using your understanding of processing you will help with plant optimization and support the design implementation and continued operation of control strategies.

To be successful we are looking for someone with outstanding problem solving interpersonal and communication skills. The successful individual would be a motivated self-starter organized and able to prioritize contending demands in a fast-paced team environment.

In this role you will have the opportunity to drive and manage change while owning the outcome. You will have the ability to work with diverse equipment and dynamic challenges. You will interact with other departments and gain exposure to all aspects of our mining operations. You will also have the chance to work with cutting edge technology that will drive equipment performance in new and innovative ways.

The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidates relevant experience skills and competencies and considers internal equity.
