As a student, you'll have the opportunity to  work with seasoned professionals  to  build your skills  and  gain meaningful automation and controls engineering work experience . We’re looking for an Automation & Controls Student to joinour sawmill facilitylocated in High Level, Alberta . Our High Level Lumber Division safely and sustainably produces forest products for  customers around the world so they can build their homes and their communities.

Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications :

• Currently enrolled in an Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering program .
• Posses a Class 5-Graduated Driver’s License  prior to start date.
• Excellent communication skills .
• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of electrical machines.
• A passion for technology and programming .
• Strong organizational and analytical skills .
• Ability to work independently and use own resources to find innovative solutions to new problems.
