- Conducting cost/benefit analyses for new technology requirements.
- Designing and developing large, complex CRM applications.
- Evaluating systems to assess conditions, technical performance, and capacity.
- Developing business design documents, functional & non-functional requirements.
- Developing high-level application flows to support business requirements.
- Creating detailed process flows and high-level screen designs.
- Conducting user research and usability testing.
- Developing user personas and user journey maps.
- Analyzing user feedback and designing solutions to address user issues.
- Creating wireframes and high-fidelity mockups with UI prototyping software.
- Developing use cases (business/system) and documenting business rules.
- Identifying risks and providing solutions.
- Creating quality assurance plans and writing test cases.
- Documenting test strategies, scenarios, and plans for user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Creating and updating business architecture artifacts.
- Developing application view visibility and CRUD matrix.
