Maintenance Worker - Spring Valley at Park Place Seniors Living, Inc.

Spring Valley, Kelowna, BC

Salary

$23 - $28 / hr

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all required checks are executed, promptly logged and documented.
• Assist in maintaining the building in a safe and operable condition.
• Execute work orders and preventative maintenance using the Maintenance Care computer program.
• Paint vacant suites and touch‑ups in common areas.
• Prioritize items needing attention and repair.
• Support the fire safety program for the home.
• During winter, keep sidewalks, patios, and all exit areas clear of ice and snow, shoveling / sanding and salting as required.

Required Qualifications

The successful applicant’s wage will be based on relevant qualifications, training / education and experience.
