Director of Ajax Family Practice & Walk-in

We are a team of five established family physicians inviting new colleagues to join us as we prepare to launch a new Family Health Organization (FHO) in Ajax, Ontario!

This is a rare opportunity to build a thriving, independent practice with both autonomy and team-based support in one of Ontario’s fastest-growing communities.

WE ARE OFFERING :

Benefit from a low fee split (75 / 25) in a high-demand area with rapid roster growth. Walk‑in shifts are available to support early billing while you build your panel.

Our clinic uses Oscar EMR and a curated support system designed to minimize administrative time.

Enjoy working alongside a collaborative team of experienced family physicians. Our friendly administrative staff and allied health professionals support efficient patient flow and care continuity.

New Grad & IMG‑Friendly Environment

We welcome newly licensed physicians and those entering practice under supervision. Our team offers mentorship, EMR / billing onboarding, and clinical support to help you transition with confidence. UK‑trained physicians encouraged to apply!

QUALIFICATIONS

MD with license (or eligibility) to practice in Ontario

CPSO Independent License or Supervised Practice

CCFP designation preferred but not required

No minimum experience is required. New graduates & IMGs are welcome!
