URGENT: Nanny Wanted - Part Time Household Manager ($35/Hr, 2 Visits/Week)

We're a Squamish couple who run a business from home, and we're hiring a part-time household manager to take over the day-to-day running of our home so we can put more of our energy into our work. Weekly Tasks: • Light meal prep: chopping vegetables and batch cooking meat so meals are easy during the week • Groceries and inventory: keeping track of what we need and placing the grocery order • Laundry: washing, drying, folding and putting away • Tidying and light cleaning: wiping counters, sweeping and keeping common areas in order • Home organization projects Initiative, judgment, reliability and attitude matter more to us than a specific background. We want someone who regularly thinks "what else can I take care of?" rather than "what do I do next?" Experience running a household is helpful but not required. Parents, nannies, family assistants, professional organizers, office managers and anyone with a similar background are all welcome to apply. Two visits a week, 4 to 6 hours in total, with room for the hours to grow as the role does. Days and times are flexible. $35 to $40 per hour, depending on experience, plus bonuses for strong performance as the role develops.
