Use Kroll and strong organization to coordinate medication refills, prescription documents, and client support at MediSystem Pharmacy. The position is full time and permanent.
As part of Shoppers Drug Mart, MediSystem Pharmacy supports seniors in long term care and retirement homes throughout Canada. You will respond to client needs, retrieve prescriptions, process refills, coordinate transfers, and maintain pharmacy paperwork. The role welcomes candidates without pharmacy experience and values independent learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process medication refills through Kroll pharmacy management software
- Retrieve electronic and faxed prescriber orders
- Coordinate prescription transfers with other pharmacies
- Sort, file, and follow up on regulatory paperwork
- Support pharmacy teams as required
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills managing multiple ongoing tasks
- High attention to detail and regulatory paperwork follow-up
- Ability to learn independently and take initiative
- Professional, friendly, and relationship-focused client approach
- Pharmacy diploma, certificate, or Kroll experience is an asset
