Licensed Assistant Store Manager

Lead LensCrafters retail performance through optical expertise, team leadership, and customer-focused service as a full-time Licensed Assistant Manager. Support store results while applying your current state Opticianry license.

As Assistant Manager, you support the Store Manager and act as a business owner within the LensCrafters marketplace. You help deliver sales, profitability, customer, and continuity-of-care results. Your work combines retail operations, team development, recruiting support, visual standards, doctor relationships, and licensed optical services. You will also help diagnose business performance across Retail, Lab, and Doctor functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support store plans that maximize sales and profitability
• Lead, train, coach, and provide feedback to team members
• Support recruiting, staffing, and talent pipeline development
• Maintain visual standards and positive doctor relationships
• Adjust, repair, measure, and dispense eyewear accurately

Requirements:

• Current and valid state Opticianry license
• One or more years managing direct reports
• High school graduation or equivalent
• Retail operations knowledge and strong basic math skills
• Strong communication, selling, and problem-solving abilities
