Grade 3 Elementary School Teacher

Teach Grade 3 at McCammon Elementary School on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in a temporary, part-time assignment. Apply balanced literacy, numeracy, and assessment practices.

This Grade 3 teaching assignment requires preparation across all subjects and attention to diverse academic and social-emotional needs. The teacher applies Ministry practices, Professional Standards for BC Educators, First Peoples Principles of Learning, and current instructional strategies. Collaboration with students, staff, families, and administration supports a caring professional learning community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and teach required Grade 3 subjects
• Develop balanced literacy and numeracy programs
