Use practical HR guidance and relationship-building skills onsite in Midland as a Human Resources Business Partner with Jarlette Health Services.
Jarlette Health Services is hiring two permanent full-time Human Resources Business Partners. You will advise managers and leaders across homes and lodges, supporting people and organizational needs within Ontario’s senior care sector. The work includes employee relations, labour relations, recruitment, and workforce insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with managers and employees
- Provide practical human resources advice and guidance
- Interpret and apply collective agreements
- Support recruitment, attendance, performance, and return to work
- Prepare reports and workforce insights
Requirements:
- Human Resource Management diploma or degree
- CHRP designation or progress toward designation
- Knowledge of applicable provincial and federal legislation
- Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel
