The position suits candidates with Service Advisor, Service Writer, or Shop Advisor experience in automotive, truck, marine, or RV service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Listen to customer needs and document repair concerns accurately
• Schedule appointments and create detailed work orders
• Explain estimates, costs, recommendations, and service options
• Provide updates about repairs, parts, costs, and timelines
• Review completed work and finalize customer invoices

Requirements:

• Service Advisor, Service Writer, or similar customer-facing experience
