As a Vendor Management Analyst, you will manage vendor relationships, renewals, and contract savings within the Tech+Lab Expense & Vendor Management team. Reporting to the IT Business Office, you will support executive governance through renewal packages, vendor recommendations, and actionable reporting. The role combines commercial analysis, stakeholder management, and AI-assisted contract reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contract renewal pipelines three to six months ahead
- Prepare contract packages and negotiation strategies for executive review
- Analyze contracts to identify savings and consolidation opportunities
- Maintain Power BI visibility into spend and renewal timelines
- Coordinate vendor disputes, invoice discrepancies, and service issues
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in business, finance, accounting, or information technology
- Minimum three years in vendor management or strategic sourcing
- Advanced Excel and Oracle ERP proficiency
- Power BI and IT accounting knowledge are assets
- Strong commercial, communication, and stakeholder management skills
