Position Overview
We are seeking driven, entrepreneurial, and client-focused Mortgage Associates to join our growing team. This is a 100% commission-based remote opportunity for licensed mortgage professionals in Alberta and/or Saskatchewan who are looking to build a thriving business with the support of an experienced brokerage.
As a Mortgage Associate, you will guide clients through every stage of the mortgage process, from initial consultation to funding, while delivering tailored financing strategies that align with their financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their financing needs and financial goals.
- Structure and submit complete mortgage applications to lenders.
- Gather, review, and analyze client documentation.
- Communicate with lenders, underwriters, realtors, lawyers, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction.
- Provide proactive updates and exceptional service to clients.
- Develop and maintain referral partnerships with realtors, accountants, financial advisors, and business professionals.
- Generate new business through networking, prospecting, social media, and relationship-binding activities.
- Retain clients through annual mortgage reviews, renewals, refinancing opportunities, and ongoing support.
- Maintain compliance with provincial and industry regulations.
