As a Billing Administration Assistant, you will verify delivery instructions, match invoices with customers and contacts, and use assigned online processes. The work focuses on sending approved documents, recording outcomes, and following up on failed deliveries. It does not involve calculating charges, approving accounts, or changing invoice terms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review approved invoices against assigned delivery instructions
• Match documents with correct customers and contacts
• Check email addresses or approved delivery channels
• Attach or link correct invoice documents
• Record sent locations, times, failures, and follow-up needs

Requirements:

• Care with names, addresses, references, and attachments
• Comfort using email and online customer records
• Ability to follow written delivery procedures
