Primavera P6 Project Scheduler

Primavera P6 expertise drives construction and fabrication schedules in this experienced Project Scheduler role. Coordinate planning, progress, and milestones with project teams.

Reporting to the Area Manager and Production Supervisor, the Project Scheduler supports construction and fabrication projects. You will work with Project Managers, Project Leads, subcontractors, owners, and stakeholders. The role focuses on detailed scheduling, project tracking, risk identification, and schedule communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6
• Coordinate and lead project planning meetings
• Review status updates from Project Leads
• Communicate progress reports and schedule updates to customers
• Advise Project Managers about changes, impacts, and risks

Requirements:

• Five to ten years of Primavera P6 experience
• Construction or fabrication scheduling experience strongly preferred
• Understanding of project scheduling, job costing, and tracking systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Engineering degree or diploma considered an asset
