Entry Financial Analyst Windsor

Excel and accounting skills meet Kautex’s full-time Associate Financial Analyst opportunity in Windsor, Ontario, supporting finance operations on first shift.

As an entry-level Individual Contributor, you will support compliance, quality and environment systems, reconciliations, month-end activities, and payables. The position also involves product costing, financial packages, and enterprise programs including Ariba and Captura. Strong English and German skills support communication across these responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support compliance development, communication, and activities
• Manage operational balance sheets and investigate irregularities
• Coordinate information gathering for month-end close
• Process facility payables and maintain transaction records
• Administer purchase ledgers and ensure timely payments

Requirements:

• Good understanding of Excel and enterprise resource planning
• Accounting knowledge
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good English and German language skills
• Drive for results and priority setting
