Fitness Club Front Desk Representative

Support the Planet Fitness front desk in Pickering, Ontario, with member check-ins, phone assistance, tours, and account updates during overnight shifts.

This Member Services Representative position focuses on creating positive experiences for members, prospective members, and guests. You will manage front desk activities, calculate membership rates and monthly payments, and respond to questions professionally. You will also assist with drawer counts, cleaning priorities, and escalations to club management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to members and guests
• Calculate rates and monthly payment amounts
• Facilitate member account updates
• Respond to concerns and escalate issues appropriately
• Complete assigned cleaning, walk-around, and bathroom checks

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Customer service background preferred
• Strong listening, empathy, diplomacy, and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and passion for fitness and health
• Ability to work independently and with a team
