Support residents and properties as a full time Resident Caretaker in Abbotsford, BC, using customer service and responsive communication daily.
With Onni, this position cares for four buildings while supporting tenants, vendors, and property operations. The work includes inspections, maintenance requests, rental inquiries, showings, reports, and Residential Tenancy Act compliance. Strong email correspondence, computer skills, and related building experience are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce company rules and Residential Tenancy Act regulations
- Respond promptly to emergencies and maintenance requests
- Conduct daily, nightly, and monthly property inspections
- Clean common areas, suites, garages, and building exteriors
- Process rentals, reports, deposits, notices, and late payments
Requirements:
- Excellent email correspondence and responsive communication skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Basic computer and smartphone operation skills
- Customer service experience
- Previous Building Manager, Operator, or related experience
