Learning Management Systems Coordinator

Support Framatome Canada training activities through learning management systems, qualification tracking, and precise documentation. This position connects instructors, participants, and supervisors.

Training Coordinator I manages training data, assignments, reports, and documentation across internal and external sessions. The work includes computer support, data entry, training audits, and tracking qualifications in the customer system to ensure compliance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills support collaboration with staff, management, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide computer support for training activities
• Enter training and qualification data accurately
• Track qualifications in the customer system
• Prepare weekly training reports for supervisors
• Assist with training audits and clerical duties

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent education
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience
• Accuracy in data entry and documentation
• Competence using learning management systems
• Strong communication and collaborative interpersonal skills
