Night Shift Warehouse Forklift Operator

Operate forklifts safely and efficiently on straight night shifts with Westlake, supporting warehouse movement, production supplies, and finished goods storage.

Reporting to the Warehouse Department, this Forklift Operator moves materials between production and designated warehouse locations. Duties include pre inspections, forklift logs, blue bed handling, packaging supply delivery, and safety compliance. The position requires Grade 12 or equivalent and company sponsored forklift certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete forklift pre inspections and report equipment abnormalities
• Move finished goods to designated warehouse storage locations
• Supply production lines with packaging materials when needed
• Remove empty beds and skids during production changes
• Follow HSE forklift, warehouse, and operational procedures

Requirements:

• Availability for straight night shifts
• Grade 12 or equivalent education
• Forklift certification through company sponsored training
• Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently
• Accurate reporting and good communication skills
