Technical Implementation Specialist

Configure customer systems, troubleshoot integrations, and support Apex users from Kelowna after 90 days in this customer-facing technical role.

As Apex’s Technical Implementation Specialist, you’ll own each customer’s dedicated instance and technical experience. You’ll connect tools, maintain integrations, manage support, and explain issues clearly. The work includes APIs, webhooks, OAuth, scripting, TypeScript or Node.js, and customer communication. You’ll also collaborate with engineering when platform changes are needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure customer instances, tools, channels, and integrations
• Build custom integrations using Composio, MCP, APIs, and webhooks
• Triage support requests and escalate detailed technical issues
• Monitor fleet health and resolve broken connections
• Document fixes, guides, templates, and internal runbooks

Requirements:

• Two or more years in customer-facing software engineering
• Comfort with APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and scripting
• Ability to read logs and restart containers
• Plain-language communication with nontechnical customers
• Organization across parallel issues and implementations
