Facility Maintenance Janitor GDI

Support GDI facility maintenance through detailed janitorial service, from bathroom care and glass cleaning to garbage handling and floor work.

This Full Time janitorial position covers cleaning throughout buildings and movement between two buildings across the street. You will maintain hard floor surfaces, carpets, washrooms, common areas, offices, windows, and designated garbage areas. Responsibilities include daily bathroom procedures, high dusting, wall washing, and specialized cleaning when requested. The role requires attention to detail, organization, energy, and endurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service bathrooms and replenish paper, soap, and toilet supplies
• Wash windowsills, interior glass, doors, partitions, and specified windows
• Perform high dusting and wall washing as assigned
• Operate compactors and change garbage using heavy duty machines
• Assist the supervisor with additional required tasks

Requirements:

• Attention to detail and pride in excellent service
• Organization, energy, and endurance for cleaning duties
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment
• Own transportation to move between the two buildings
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check
