Construction project controls specialists will manage schedules, costs, forecasts, and governance with advanced MS Project expertise. This is a regular, full-time position.
The Construction Project Controls Officer establishes standardized methods across the project lifecycle. The role supports construction planning, cost control, schedule management, and contract administration. It also coordinates training and process improvements for project teams and new staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain construction project controls frameworks
- Control schedules, budgets, forecasts, and change orders
- Analyze cost, duration, productivity, and delay discrepancies
- Prepare project status reports and executive dashboards
- Coordinate training, workshops, and process improvements
Requirements:
- Experience as a Project Controls Officer in construction
- Advanced construction scheduling and cost control knowledge
- Advanced proficiency with MS Project
- Hands-on experience with Procore, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent construction management experience
