Roman Style Pizza Maker

Craft roman-style pizza alla pala at Eataly using authentic Italian recipes and hands-on production skills onsite. This is a full-time position.

As a Pizza Maker, you will report to the Bakery & Pala Lead while producing pizzas for Eataly guests. The work centers on recipe accuracy, portion sizes, quality standards, and clean food production. You will also support guest learning about pizza production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare roman-style pizzas according to specific recipes
• Follow portion sizes, quality standards, and department procedures
• Maintain clean, sanitary production areas meeting health standards
• Work toward mastering every pizza production shift
• Engage guests interested in learning about pizza production

Requirements:

• At least one year of back-of-house production experience
• Good work ethic, communication, and time management skills
• Flexible onsite availability, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work with pizza ovens and commercial mixer
