Data Center Supply Chain Assurance Manager
Supplier assurance and data center supply chain expertise define this Manager role at SB Energy, based in Redwood City, San Diego, Denver, Phoenix, or Austin. Coordinate risk controls across projects and suppliers.
The Manager of Supply Chain Governance & Assurance supports large-scale AI data center projects through standardized workflows and compliance mechanisms. You will evaluate supplier capacity, financial health, long-lead materials, quality performance, and operational risks throughout the supply chain lifecycle. Cross-functional partnership with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and project teams is central to the work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead supplier onboarding, due diligence, assessments, and assurance programs
- Evaluate supplier capacity, finances, materials, quality, and operational risks
- Develop mitigation plans with cross-functional teams and project stakeholders
- Conduct internal and supplier business reviews using performance scorecards
- Train employees on approved supply chain processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, operations, finance, or related discipline
- Six or more years of relevant supply chain, operations, finance, governance, or improvement experience
- Working knowledge of supply chain and sourcing and procurement processes
- Ability to align suppliers and functional teams on policies and workstreams
- Ability to manage simultaneous priorities and deadlines
