LensCrafters Optical Sales Associate

Deliver personalized optical service at LensCrafters using product knowledge, client relationships, and consultative sales skills. Support customers across in-store and online experiences.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will recommend eyewear, explain warranties and optical add-on features, and pursue sales targets. You will stay current on trends through training while assisting with minor repairs and adjustments. The position also includes maintaining store presentation and following brand procedures.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two or more years of retail sales experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
