Cosmetics Customer Service Associate

Support cosmetics customers through friendly service and product guidance at Walmart in Olds, Alberta. Help create positive shopping experiences and encourage customer loyalty.

As a Health and Beauty Team Associate, you will support salesfloor operations in Cosmetics and Health and Beauty departments. You will greet customers, promote products and services, locate merchandise, and assist purchase decisions. The position also includes resolving customer issues and referring concerns appropriately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers politely and provide friendly assistance
• Promote products and services while supporting purchase decisions
• Locate merchandise and provide cosmetics department guidance
• Resolve customer issues and refer concerns to management
• Refer service and transactional items to Customer Service Manager

Requirements:

• Be 16 years of age or older
• Support Walmart policies and procedures in daily work
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Provide customer service in Cosmetics and Health and Beauty
