Key Responsibilities:

• Receive written prescriptions and refill requests
• Input patient and prescription information into the computer
• Order, receive, and return pharmacy stock
• Check expiry dates and correct inventory records
• Communicate allergy interactions and billing information to pharmacists

Requirements:

• Completed accredited Pharmacy Assistant Program or two years’ dispensary experience
• Strong work ethic and get-it-done attitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Kroll computer experience considered an asset
