Talent Acquisition HR Coordinator

Coordinate talent acquisition activities at St. Lawrence College, supporting interviews, reference checks, candidate data, and recruitment files in Kingston.

This temporary Human Resources Coordinator works primarily with Talent Management Consultants while supporting related Human Resources functions. The position helps administer selection processes, appointment metrics, candidate pools, and interview preparation across the College’s tri-campus responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate interview invitations for applicants
• Provide prepared materials to selection committees
• Facilitate reference checks for recruitment processes
• Maintain selection data, metrics, and appointment records
• Update centralized candidate pools for recurring vacancies

Requirements:

• Three-year diploma or degree in Human Resources Business Administration
• Minimum six months’ Human Resources Department experience
• Recruitment, labour relations, and total rewards exposure
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities
• Technical skills and curiosity to adapt to technology
