Retail Operations Assistant Store Manager

They balance Associate coverage with customer demand, maintain standards, review reports, and develop responses to operational trends. The position also includes opening and closing procedures, inspections, safety follow-up, and emergency response.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive productivity across the sales floor
• Ensure specialty areas receive adequate staffing
• Analyze reports, trends, problems, and department profitability
• Complete inspections and follow up on safety issues
• Verify deposits, markdowns, deliveries, refunds, and time slips

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of management experience
• Minimum one year in the current position
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Computer experience and attention to detail
