Christmas Kettle Workers help build strong communities by contributing to a century-old campaign that gives hope to others. You will remain at the Kettle until relieved, represent The Salvation Army professionally, and work with minimal supervision. The position involves customer service, donation security, and compliance with policies, procedures, legislation, and health and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Remain at the Kettle for the full assigned shift
• Keep donations and petty cash secure throughout service
• Answer donor questions about Salvation Army ministries
• Present a positive, professional organizational image
• Follow policies, procedures, legislation, and assigned duties

Requirements:

• Completed high school or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and adaptability
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation to the Kettle location
• Ability to lift 9 to 12 kilograms
