Support prescription accuracy and client care as a Pharmacy Assistant with Kennebecasis Drugs Pharmacy. Use pharmacy software, dispensing support, and careful service daily.
This Pharmacy Assistant role supports community pharmacy operations and exceptional client experiences. You will prepare prescriptions under supervision, enter patient data, process refills, and assist customers. The work also includes inventory, records, billing, and follow-up coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and package prescriptions under pharmacist supervision
- Enter patient and prescription data accurately
- Process refill requests and third-party billing
- Greet customers and refer clinical questions appropriately
- Receive, organize, and monitor pharmacy inventory
Requirements:
- Previous community pharmacy experience preferred
- Passion for community pharmacy practice
- Dedication to client care
- Exceptional care within a team environment
- Meticulous attention to detail and discretion
