This Funding Analyst role focuses approximately 70% on research and professional business writing. You will study unfamiliar industries, interpret government program guidelines, and develop clear narratives connecting client projects with funder objectives. Previous grant writing, proposal development, consulting, research, or government program experience is an asset, not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review eligibility requirements, evaluation criteria, and submission requirements
• Identify program language aligned with client projects
• Develop comprehensive applications, business cases, and proposals
• Research government funding programs across Canada and the United States
• Incorporate reviewer and client feedback accurately

Requirements:

• Exceptional ability to write clear, concise, persuasive content
• Curiosity about businesses, technologies, and unfamiliar industries
• Ability to interpret detailed criteria and government objectives
• Strong attention to detail, ownership, and accountability
• English proficiency and Microsoft Office experience
