Financial Advisor with lending and investment expertise delivers member service at Tru Cooperative Bank through complex financial solutions and referrals.

This Financial Advisor manages a member portfolio while supporting current and potential members. The work includes deposit and investment products, complex lending, and life-stage financial advice. Advisors may recommend solutions or refer members appropriately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with current and potential members
• Process personal loans, mortgages, and RRSP loans
• Open accounts and arrange cards, credit, and insurance products
• Promote Tru Cooperative Bank products and pursue referrals
• Complete loan applications, credit investigations, and estate administration

Requirements:

• Two-year related diploma or equivalent education and experience
• Mutual Funds License required; PFP is an asset
• Two years as a Member Advisor or equivalent
• Complete the internal Tru Cooperative certification program
• Plan workloads, solve problems, and use banking software proficiently
