Support pet parents in Victoria as a Veterinary Receptionist, using appointment scheduling and customer service to welcome every visitor. This is a full-time position.

VCA Canada is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist, Client Care, for its Victoria, BC hospital setting. The position involves client communication, patient admissions, billing, and reception organization. You will also assist veterinary staff with various tasks and treatments when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a warm environment for patients and pet parents
• Answer multiline phones and book appointments effectively
• Manage email correspondence with clients and veterinary offices
• Admit and discharge pet patients
• Prepare invoices, estimates, confirmations, and payments
