Conformal Coating Technician at Microart

Become a Conformal Coating Technician at Microart Services, an electronic manufacturing leader. Operate automated machinery and perform electronic component assembly in a dynamic production environment.
In this role, you will report to the Production Supervisor and be part of the Conformal Coating department. Your responsibilities will include operating equipment, manual assembly, and participating in training programs. A solid background in conformal coating and experience with automated machinery will help you excel in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate conformal coating machines and sprayers efficiently
• Perform manual assembly of complex electronic components
• Prepare and install components as needed
• Participate in training and certification for skill enhancement
• Engage in team quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of chemical handling in coatings
• Experience with operating automated machinery
• Familiarity with SMT/TH and Mix Tech assemblies
• Strong understanding of IPC 610-A or ANSI-J standards
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for extended periods
