Eataly Grocery Department Lead

Lead grocery merchandising at Eataly through product knowledge, stock control, and exceptional guest service across the retail department.

The Grocery Lead connects Grocery team members with the Assistant Store Operations Manager and Store Operations Manager. This onsite role supports stocking, ordering, inventory, pricing, and guest satisfaction. Previous retail leadership and stocking experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock, rotate, and face products according to department standards
• Collaborate with Warehouse teams to maintain proper stock levels
• Place orders and verify deliveries, invoices, and inventory accuracy
• Delegate tasks, supervise, train, and motivate Grocery Associates
• Maintain signage, pricing, labels, and product demonstrations

Requirements:

• Previous retail leadership and stocking experience preferred
• Basic math, cash handling, and communication skills
• Flexible onsite availability, including nights and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
