Build online order fulfillment skills at Walmart Canada in Trail, British Columbia, picking, packing, and dispensing customer orders accurately.
As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate, you support online shopping through careful order preparation and positive customer interaction. You select products from different temperature areas, verify quantities and product codes, and maintain quality. The work also requires food hygiene, safety procedures, equipment checks, and a clean workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and assemble customer orders from temperature areas
- Pack orders while confirming products, quantities, and codes
- Select fresh products and remove damaged items
- Complete pick slips and shipping labels accurately
- Assist customers and help resolve fulfillment issues
Requirements:
- Must be 16 or older
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift inventory
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds, occasionally 50
- Ability to follow food hygiene and safety procedures
