The work supports efficient daily hospital operations through reception, billing, correspondence, and patient admissions. Experience in front desk or medical office settings is valued, while veterinary experience is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and pet owners professionally upon arrival
• Answer multi-line phones and book appointments effectively
• Manage emails from clients and referring veterinarians
• Process estimates, invoices, fees, and payments
• Admit and discharge pet patients

Requirements:

• Front desk or reception experience
• Medical office experience in human or animal settings is an asset
• Excellent customer service and welcoming communication skills
• Strong organization for filing, invoicing, and office tasks
• Willingness to learn veterinary services and procedures
