Support financial product compliance full-time on site at Desjardins, using operational analysis and risk oversight to strengthen distribution controls.
As a Control, Risk and Compliance Analyst, you serve as senior compliance officer for savings and investment product distribution. You support managers, analyze issues, prepare opinions and implementation plans, and interact with stakeholders across Desjardins. Your work follows applicable discipline rules, policies, standards, and legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as senior compliance officer for product distribution
- Prepare reports and present them to relevant bodies
- Liaise with relevant Desjardins components
- Conduct preliminary analyses of issues and situations
- Support managers with corrective measures and implementation plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum one year of relevant experience
- Mutual fund representative certificate from Autorité des marchés financiers
- CDS course for branch managers
- Knowledge of French is required
