Restaurant Operations Apprentice Manager

Build restaurant leadership expertise at Chipotle through guest hospitality, crew development, and operational training. This role includes evening and weekend shifts.

The Apprentice General Manager assists with day-to-day restaurant operations while learning General Manager responsibilities. You will help create schedules, manage P&L activities, forecast sales, recruit, and interview. You will also uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards throughout the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as leader on duty during restaurant shifts
• Ensure digital orders arrive accurately and on time
• Create and manage restaurant schedules
• Forecast sales and support P&L management
• Recruit, interview, and develop crew members

Requirements:

• Genuine enthusiasm for leading and developing people
• Guest-focused passion for hospitality
• Friendly and enthusiastic approach
• Previous restaurant management experience preferred
• Availability for a standard 50-hour workweek
