Full-Time Mental Health Worker in Mission

Make a difference in the lives of others as a Full-Time Mental Health Worker - Program Facilitator in Mission. Support clients through their recovery journey while implementing essential psychosocial rehabilitation principles.
This temporary role is set for 30 hours a week and will conclude on December 31, 2026. Your responsibilities will include engaging clients in their recovery process while fostering individual goals related to personal life, education, and employment. You'll work collaboratively within a framework aligned with Communitas' Vision, Mission, and Values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support individuals in their recovery journey
• Implement Psychosocial Rehabilitation principles effectively
• Facilitate positive interactions and motivational support
• Observe and evaluate changes in behavior
• Prepare program-related reference and resource material
Requirements:
• Community Mental Health Worker/Social Services certificate
• Previous experience in mental wellness support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage emergencies effectively
• Possession of Emergency First Aid/CPR certificate
