Deliver courteous customer service at McDougall Energy’s part-time Strathroy Centre Road location, using cashier systems and clear communication.
Reporting to the Site Manager, this Customer Service Representative maintains store standards, processes paperwork accurately, and supports customers. The work includes cashier operation, exterior upkeep, age verification, and policy compliance. Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred, while a high school diploma or ongoing completion is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, efficient, courteous customer service
- Operate cashier systems accurately
- Maintain clean, safe, customer-friendly surroundings
- Balance and submit accurate paperwork
- Verify ages for tobacco, lottery, and alcohol sales
Requirements:
- High school diploma or current enrollment
- Clear, effective communication with customers and coworkers
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
