Financial Services Advisor Member Experience

Deliver advice-based banking at Meridian through financial services, credit, and relationship-building skills. Support Members through in-branch transactional and advisory services.

As a Financial Services Representative, you will understand Member needs and recommend suitable products, services, and financial solutions. You will support day-to-day banking while opening accounts, offering credit, identifying wealth referrals, and strengthening Member relationships. The role contributes to individual and team business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate frontline transactional services for daily banking needs
• Open new Member accounts using appropriate account-opening strategies
• Recommend credit, deposit, investment, and other Meridian solutions
• Refer Members to Wealth, Small Business, and Mobile Mortgage partners
• Participate in community activities and branch relationship-building initiatives

Requirements:

• Strong desire for financial services career growth
• Financial industry knowledge and strong business acumen
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Effective organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities
• Post-secondary education or equivalent financial services sales experience asset
