Impark, part of Reimagined Parking, seeks a full time Parking Enforcement Officer for varied seven hour shifts totaling 35 hours weekly. You will patrol assigned areas, identify violations, issue citations, and support safe operations across multiple parking facilities. The role reports to the Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol assigned areas using a company vehicle or golf cart
• Issue warnings, citations, or arrange towing when necessary
• Record citation details and maintain accurate enforcement logs
• Inspect meters, gates, signs, markings, and safety conditions
• Assist customers and de-escalate parking-related situations professionally

Requirements:

• Strong observation and attention-to-detail skills
• Excellent customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work independently across large areas
• Valid Class 5 driving license and good driving record
• At least 18 years old; background check required
