Multistate RN Licensed Lead Faculty

To support the Doctor of Nursing Education Program, the full-time Multistate RN Licensed Lead Faculty will provide teaching and course development, assist in faculty supervision, and engage in program management activities in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Teach assigned courses and maintain engagement through regular communication and feedback with students Assist in the development and evaluation of curriculum, as well as faculty recruitment and mentoring Participate in strategic planning and accreditation activities to enhance program recognition and student retention Required qualifications Active, unencumbered multistate Registered Nurse (RN) license Terminal degree in Nursing or the highest degree in the teaching discipline with relevant certification Minimum of two years' experience in the teaching discipline for undergraduate courses or five years for graduate courses Experience teaching at the college/university level is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online learning management systems, such as Blackboard
