Bayshore HealthCare seeks caring Personal Support Workers to enhance daily client care. The position focuses on building trusting relationships with clients and families, working alongside healthcare professionals, and following health and safety protocols. Ongoing training supports client care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional care for clients of all ages
- Build trusting relationships with clients and families
- Communicate clearly with clients and healthcare professionals
- Document and communicate using provided mobile devices
- Follow health and safety protocols during care
Requirements:
- Personal Support Worker diploma or equivalent evidence
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Reliable vehicle for client care travel
- Two supervisory references and vulnerable sector screening
