Evening Shift Service Advisor

Serve Laval customers confidently as an Evening Shift Service Advisor using scheduling, customer service, and repair follow-up skills. Work Monday to Friday, 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

This Service Advisor role focuses on welcoming customers, identifying needs, and coordinating service appointments. You will manage work orders, explain estimates, and communicate repair updates. Decisiv, purchase orders, and schedule management support the position’s daily work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and identify their service needs
• Schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule
• Open, review, and close work orders
• Follow up on repairs and communicate updates
• Present estimates and explain proposed work

Requirements:

• At least one year in a similar role
• Excellent customer service and computer skills
• Basic mechanical knowledge considered an asset
• Fluent spoken French and English considered an asset
• Strong prioritization, tact, and attention to detail
