Test Quality Assurance Analyst Co-op

Test applications and support quality deployments with CIBC’s Technology team in a hybrid Toronto co-op focused on digital transformation.

As a Test and Quality Assurance Analyst Co-op, you will develop test cases, scenarios, and scripts for banking applications. You will execute tests with testing tools, follow defined methodologies, and help evaluate results against documented goals. The four-month placement supports CIBC’s innovation-focused technology work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop test cases, scenarios, and scripts
• Execute tests using defined testing methodologies
• Evaluate and present testing cycle results
• Help define testing criteria and monitor outcomes
• Share skills and knowledge across team functions

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in post-secondary education
• Returning to full-time studies after placement
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Interest in investigating complex problems and data
• Ability to adapt to evolving technologies
