Walmart Front End Associate

Support Walmart customers at the front end by processing transactions and delivering polite, efficient service in Airdrie, Alberta. Help create positive shopping experiences that encourage customer loyalty.

This Front End Associate greets customers, handles purchases, and supports checkout services. You will promote credit card service, product protection, and charity initiatives while assisting with merchandise bagging and loading. The position also includes self-checkout education, cash handling, register security, and transaction referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet every customer politely and provide friendly service
• Process purchase transactions efficiently and deactivate merchandise through EAS
• Promote credit card, product protection, and charity programs
• Assist customers with bagging and loading merchandise
• Educate customers about correct self-checkout use

Requirements:

• Be at least 16 years old
• Follow safe lifting and clean-work-area practices
• Maintain register security and cash-handling integrity
• Follow relevant Walmart company policies
• Refer appropriate matters to designated front-end leaders
